NUMEROLOGY PROVED WRONG!

Do you believe that Numerology which is one of the ancient system of numbers to predict and even sometimes  said that it could change your future really work that way? It is said that Numerology is the study of the symbolism of numbers. It is used to determine a person’s personality, strengths and talents, obstacles, inner needs, emotional reactions and ways of dealing with others.
According to Wikipedia Numerology is any belief in the divine, mystical, or other special relationship between a number and some coinciding events. It is said to have many systems and traditions and beliefs. Numerology and numerological divination by systems such as isopsephy were popular among early mathematicians but are no longer considered part of mathematics and are regarded as pseudo mathematics or pseudo science by modern scientists. 
The fact is that in this modern period of time also many are are followers of this system and go on to change their names, sometimes just the way they spell their original name. In the Film Industry particularly in India, the stars and artists consult numerologists to take a name or modify their name.The films are commonly named after consultation with a numerologist. Result is that some times very good names otherwise gets to changed to oddly spelled like one director named Joshy has changed the way he spell to Joashy in the belief of changing his fortune for better but doesn't look like it really worked.
The basic principle is working with your date of birth and matching the numerical value of your name with this date to ensure they are in harmony. If it is not in harmony with each other, a change in name or the way you spell the name need to be modified to make the both harmonious . This could change the destiny of your life and you will have to sign also in the same way. Moreover you will also have to monitor all your major life events to such a way that the dates are matching to the number which is considered lucky.
How far this true and how one can trust this? I studied this system in deep and analyzed the names of  many who are are very successful in their life material wise or otherwise. They have reached their top slot in career from very feeble beginnings through shear determination, hard work and good faith in God.They never contemplated this kind of tricks for their fortune.I tried the names of personalities listed in Forbes top ten richest in the world, and to my astonishment all of them failed the Numerology test.Their birth number or destiny number doesn't match, their brand name are in total contrast to their birth number or the so called lucky number.
Those who follow such belief are looking for short cut to reach fame and fortune with out real hard work in their life. It is time the wise follow the way good faith could bring good luck, rather than a good number!

OSCARS FOR ASIAN MOVIES

OSCAR NEED TO GROW UP !

Always wondered why no Oscars coming the Asian way very often.The crunch of Oscars always shared by a bunch of countries who call themselves the masters of this art. Is that true ? You mean Asians are less creative in this field or are they not technically grown up yet. Both seems to be incorrect if we examine closely.
The issue is the great cultural divide.The jury being always oriented to a uniform western culture have little clue on happenings and issues of Asia. Each movie comes out from Asia symbolizes their own issues and due to their rich cultural diversity every movie and its content used to be richly divergent of the other.Which are more relevant to social issues and westerners may never be able to comprehend fully. No doubt most classic movies from Asia focus on communal issues while the westerners make most of their movies with an orientation towards pure entertainment,some times history or even science fiction.

This gap need to be filled in the emerging global envioronment and the coming of new scenario of Asian leadership.The Oscar need to become more inclusive , truly Global and may take a leaf or two from global beauty pageants where the Asians are emerging leaders already!!

We got finally a double score through A.R. Rahman for  his Music Score in Slum Dog Millionaire and another one for Rasool Pookkutty whom made Indians proud though  Asia as a whole is still a big pool of talents and many are still not recognized.
